Is there a guarantee that I will find someone?
We can’t guarantee you will find someone, but we do guarantee that you’ll be happy with your ad. It will be posted in all of the agreed-upon places for 365 days. If you’re not satisfied with the ad, please let us know so we can make the necessary modifications.
While we can’t guarantee the number or quality of applicants, we will connect you with individuals actively looking in your general location.
How long should it take?
The timing depends on several factors—most importantly, who is looking in your area. Do you live in a big city or a remote town?
There’s a reason we offer 6-month packages. If you find the right person quickly, that’s awesome! Just understand it can take some time. We’re doing everything we can on our end to ensure maximum exposure.
You’ll receive a link to your ad and are welcome to share it anywhere you like, in addition to where we post it.
How many applicants can I expect?
This varies based on location and what you’re offering.
What makes your office stand out? What benefits or perks do you provide?
In general, offices in larger cities receive more applicants than those in smaller towns.
Can I pause and reinstate my ad before the 12 months are up?
Our team invests time and resources to ensure your ad gets maximum exposure.
If you’ve found someone quickly and want to pause the ad while you evaluate them, that’s understandable. However, pausing and reposting takes additional time and effort, and your ad will still expire twelve months from the original start date.
Pausing may also result in missed opportunities, so we recommend continuing the ad unless absolutely necessary.
Where do you advertise?
It depends on the package you purchase:
All packages include the ChirosConnect website and Facebook page.
Other platforms include social media sites and industry-specific websites, based on your package level.
Are you a recruiting service?
No—we are an advertising service.
We strive to be the go-to place where doctors post openings and where associates seek exceptional opportunities.
We do directly connect interested associates with doctors in our database when appropriate.
Do you also post ads for staff or upcoming seminars/conventions?
Short answer: No.
We do not have sponsors or partners.
However, there are limited opportunities on our Free Advice Fridays to promote an event, but you must provide helpful tips before promoting.
