For over 20 years, we’ve proudly served the Southern Maryland community with personalized chiropractic care, spinal decompression, massage therapy, functional rehabilitation, and integrative wellness services. Position Overview:
Manual adjusting using Diversified techniques, with drops, flexion-distraction, and Activator techniques as needed
Supportive services include spinal decompression, functional rehab, custom orthotics, and pillow fittings
Opportunity for Dry Needling certification (clinic-sponsored)
Collaborative environment with experienced rehab CAs, massage therapists, and a supportive admin team
Patient base includes corrective and wellness care, Medicare, insurance, and ChiroHealth members
Patient flow: approx. 5–6 patients per hour for regular adjustment appointments
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Licensed chiropractor (or in the process) in Maryland
Strong communicator—clear, confident, and caring
Reliable and consistent, with a strong work ethic
Skilled in manual adjusting and committed to whole-person care
Open to learning and collaborating in a supportive, wellness-focused practice
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary: $70,000–$90,000 (based on experience and schedule)
Bonus structure based on volume and performance
Paid Time Off:
1 week PTO in year one
2 weeks PTO beginning year two
Paid holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, July 4th, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day
Health Insurance Stipend: $250/month
Simple IRA with up to 3% match
Paid malpractice insurance
Continuing education support
Flexibility for occasional unpaid leave when needed
Schedule Options:
Full-time or part-time considered depending on the candidate’s needs and goals
